Pack a map in case your car breaks down and store everything you can in a back pack.

In Case Buildings In Over Capacity Stay Near Hotels if you can't afford to lodge
Evacuate if your have funds to do so somewhere in Brazil, South America or Just Head East or Southeast of America
Locate your nearest Walmart or Sams Club or Superstore for shelter and food if your are homeless if they turn you away head east to churches and shelters.
Head to nearest stadiums if you cant evacuate and if public places turn you away.

If we are asked to evacuated the Usa in case of war we should prepare for this now a year in advance by booking flights. In case of no fly zone head east or south. The north and west may see more damage if we are invaded.
The lame and the sick wont be able to travel and the homeless as well. So The will need proper care and security if they stay behind.
In case we are up for too many hours standing guard create a rotating system at hospitals and concentration camps for sleep/rest
Medication is going to be needed to sedate the worried people who are unable to sleep.
This may be world war 3 so dont piss off any allies.
