Tyrone struggles with being a believer in temptation city New York. The city that never sleeps. He doesn't have problem with catching women but he tries very hard to keep his faith first. An old college buddy invites him to strip club as his best man.
The night becomes heated when he excepts a private dance. Needless to say more happened the Tyrone wanted. After his college friends wedding he becomes sick. Later realizes he need to see the doctor. After a series of test results show that he has Aids.
Tyrone is devastated so he goes back to the strip club where he had the private dance and confronts the stripper and kills her. One year later after he's released from jail on good conduct with probation l he proposes marriage to his highschool sweetheart Tammy.
He forgets to tell her he has Aids and she gets pregnant. The baby survives but the birth but Tammy doesn't. Tyrone was so enrage that he forgets his son is suffering from Aids and may not live. After he accepts Tammy's death. He and his son Tyrone Jr. move to Brazil to escape the reality of being infected with Aids.
So Tyrone begins a new life with his son avoiding women at all cost leaving his son without a mother. They both have medicines that cause them to be sicker than normal and by being in Brazil the change in atmosphere really brings out the best in Tyrone's son.
Tyrone's son Tyrone Jr. lives until he's 16 and the counseling sessions prepare Tyrone Sr for his loss. Many say that Tyrone Sr didn't start living until his son was born. A story of how new life can bring you into a better place.
